Location and facilities
The lovingly cared for 4-star Hotel Völserhof lies in the immediate vicinity of Bad Hofgastein's centre. The ski bus stops next to the hotel and brings you comfortably to the Gastein ski area ((Schlossalmbahn lift), approx. 1 km away. The access to the next cross-country trail is in about 50 m from the hotel.The traditional hotel has a reception, lift Wi-Fi, common room, breakfast room, restaurant, bar and ski room. Free parking spaces can be used upon availability.
In the approx. 150 m² large spa area (opening hours as per info in resort) you can relax after a long day skiing. You have a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, steam bath, infrared seats, as well as a relaxation and pen-air room at your disposal. Massages can be booked for a fee.
As a hotel guest you also receive the Gastein Card for numerous discounts at partner businesses in the region, e.g. for the Alpentherme in Bad Hofgastein and the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein (changes and restrictions to the services as well as validity periods are subject to change, see information on site).
Board
The half board included in the holiday price, prepared for you by the house's own chef, comprises of a rich, regional breakfast buffet and a 3-course menu (with choice main dish) and salad and cheese buffets for dinner. Vegetarian, as well as lactose-free or gluten-free dishes are possible on request.Pets

Important notes
- Children aged 5 and under can use the lifts in Gasteinertal for free. Should your child use the lifts in other Ski amadé areas independently, a Mini Card (lift pass) has to be acquired in resort.
- Should you have booked your equipment through us, the ski hire shop is located in Bad Gastein (approx. 8 km).
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
