Location and facilities
The modern 4-star Family Holiday Village Kirchleitn Kleinwild, composed of 20 cosy Carinthian farm houses, lies in the idyllic village of St. Oswald, surrounded by the Carinthian Nockberg Mountains. The resort centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, with its many shopping facilities and thermal baths, is located approx. 5.5 km away. The Brunnachalm gondola is just 200 m away and when weather conditions allow it, ski-in to the village is possible.Facilities include an entrance hall, Internet corner, Wi-Fi, buffet restaurant, bar, café, terrace, a block sauna and an infrared cabin for relaxing and restorative wellness moments.
The family- and children-friendly holiday facility offers indoor and outdoor children's play areas. On 6 days per week childcare service is offered for children from 3-12 years. For the youngest ones (1-3 years) there is a childcare service on 3 days per week (as per info in resort).
The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" is valid each day for one of the following: use of the ski lifts, or for entry to the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths (excluding special offer periods). For arrivals from 07/03 - 29/03/2020, you will receive a 50% discount with your lift pass on entry to the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths (as per info in resort, sauna for a surcharge, not valid for evening tariff). From 04/01 - 31/01/2020 and 29/02 - 06/03/2020, free entry to the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths is provided once when booking with a 3-day lift pass, twice when booking with a 4-day lift pass and three times when booking with a 6-day lift pass (as per info in resort).
Furnishing
The modern and newly renovated apartments are composed of a vestibule with a fully-furnished kitchen, a cosy living/dining area with a heatable tiled stove, bathroom with shower/wc, hair dryer and Wi-Fi. The kitchen contains a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.Board
The already included half board PLUS contains a breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and an evening buffet. For children up to (and including) the age of 13, a children's lunch is also offered, and a juice fountain is available (until 21:00). The New Year's buffet with programme is already included in the price.Pets

Important notes
- Access to the sauna is is permitted to children ages 14 and up!
- The "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" lift pass is valid each day either for use of the ski lifts or for entry to the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths (excluding special offer periods).
- Children born in and after 2014 will not receive a lift pass voucher: children up to the age of 3 can use the lifts for free providing they are accompanied by a parent and do not require their own seat on the lift, while children up to the age of 5 (born in 2014) must purchase a children's lift pass in resort. Further information can be found at the lift office.
- During the "Skithermen Wochen" (German for "Skiing/Thermal Bath Weeks", from 07/03 - 29/03/2020), the lift pass cannot be removed and is valid for one day of skiing per night (ex: 7 days of skiing for 7 nights stays). When presenting your lift pass, you will also receive a 50% reduction on entry for the "Thermal Römerbad" Roman baths (starting from 4 hours, not valid for night tariff).

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
