Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-star Hotel Toni lies about 300 m away from the resort centre of Kaprun as well as about 1 km away from the Maiskogel mountain railway and about 5.6. km away from the Gletscherjet Kitzsteinhorn. A ski bus stop is located within the immediate vicinity of the hotel and a cross-country trail can be reached after about 800 m.The comfortable hotel is furnished with a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi, lift, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, terrace, café, children's playroom and ski cellar. Free parking spaces are also available to use.
Guests can also look forward to the spa area with fitness room, indoor pool, hot tub, steam bath, sauna, sanarium, infrared cabin and relaxation room. For a fee, you can also enjoy various massages and the solarium.
In resort, you will also receive an additional 5% discount per person, per booking at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See (you will receive the voucher with the rest of your holiday documents).

- Children under 16 do not have access to the spa area (except for the indoor pool).
- If you have booked a lift pass, it is valid starting at 15:00 on the day before the first day of validity.
- For each Ski Alpin Card adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child born in 2009 or later will receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). This offer is only valid when booking a lift pass lasting 4 or more days in the period from 12/04/25 - 21/04/25.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
