Location
The cosy accommodation Mariandl's Appartements is located in the quiet holiday resort of Piesendorf, approx. 4 km from the centre of Kaprun. Shopping facilities are just 100 metres away. The ski bus (see timetable on site) stops about 200 metres away and takes you either to the Maiskogelbahn (approx. 4 km), the Areitbahn (approx. 6 km) or to the glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn (approx. 10 km). A ski train (approx. 700 m from Piesendorf station) also runs to the cable cars (see local information). A cross-country ski trail is about 300 metres away.Facilities
The rustic apartments' facilities include a lounge, Wi-Fi, a sauna (for a fee) and ski boot room with heated boot warmers. Free parking spaces can also be found and used (upon availability).Guests of the hotel receive a 10% discount at the TAUERN SPA Zell am See - Kaprun (approx. 4 km from the hotel, see information on site).
In resort, you receive an additional 5% discount per person and booking at the restaurant "Deins & Meins" in Zell am See (on presentation of a voucher, received with the holiday documents).

Important notes
- If you have booked a lift pass, it is already valid starting at 15:00 on the day before the first day of validity.
- For each adult Ski Alpin Card lift pass purchased, one accompanying child born in 2009 or later will receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). This offer is only valid with the purchase of a lift pass good for 4 or more days in the period from 12/04/25 - 21/04/25.
