Ski area Lech

The Arlberg (1,270 - 2,811 m) is one of the most snow-reliable regions in the whole Alpine region. Combined with most modern snow-making system, excellent piste conditions are guaranteed. The Aufenfeldjet lift can connect travellers from Lech-Zürs to the ski area of Warth-Schröcken, which is especially popular among freeriders.

Thanks to the centrally located lifts as well as the well-established local bus network, access to the ski area Lech-Zürs is absolutely straightforward. Numerous modern lift systems transport skiers and snowboarders quickly and without having to wait in a queue up the magnificent mountains. The highlight in the ski are: the "White ring", a ring-shaped ski round connecting Lech and Zürs and offering some of the most beautiful slopes in the Alps. Broad slopes with a breathtaking view can be skied in turn with true spotive challenges - on 22 km of pistes, you conquer a total of 5,500 metres of altitude.

The ski area Lech-Zürs is an area for skiers of all levels. Beginners will find blue pistes all the way into the valley from nearly every mountain. Advanced skiers and deep powder snow skiers can look forward to numerous unprepared ski routes.

The lift pass "Arlberg" gives you a choice of 88 modern mountain railways. 306 kilometres of piste at all levels of difficulty are prepared for you, while approx. 200 km of unprepared off-piste areas are reserved for well-experienced skiers. Apart from Lech-Zürs and Warth-Schröcken, you also have access to the pistes in St. Anton (with St. Christoph, Stuben and Klösterle) as well as at the Sonnenkopf.

The ski area Lech-Zürs-WarthSchröcken was selected winner of the category "Offer of accommodations directly on the pistes and lifts" by the website skiresort.de - the largest testing portal for ski areas worldwide. Most of the accommodations in resort are either directly on or only a few metres away from the pistes and the lift stations. In addition, there are accommodations at every price level, and you can find anything from cosy pensions to 5-star Hotels. The area was also awarded in the category "best ski area union 2014" because of the connection of Lech-Zürs and Warth-Schröcken to the interconnected area Lech-Zürs-Warth-Schröcken.

Après ski Lech

Lech impresses with diverse apres ski locations. The Ice bar in the Burg Hotel situated in Oberlech is a true hotspot where you can party until long after sundown with cool drinks from a heated bar. If you're looking for a more exclusive place, you can enjoy your glass of champagne in the Frozen Ice Bar at the mountain station of Schlegelkopf lift. The "Schneggerei" or the "Tannbergerhof" in Lech have a quaint atmosphere.

In the evening, you can enjoy a tasty fondue at Hûs 8, one of the oldest houses in Lech, or explore the Zugertal on a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride. Families can have fun on the floodlit toboggan run, curling, or in the sports park in Lech with bowling, tennis and climbing.

Night owls will be drawn to the K-Club in Hotel Krone, or will take the affordable night bus to Zürs in the "Vernissage" and "Zürserl". In Lech - Zürs, parties with a great atmosphere up until the small hours are no problem!

Snowpark: Snowpark Lech

With the Snowpark Lech, the ski-area Lech-Zürs at the Arlberg offers a funpark for all levels of difficulty. Located on an altitude of 1,600 m directly next to the Schlegelkopf chairlift, the park offers perfect conditions for snowboarders and freestylers. Beginners, advancers and pros will have plenty of opportunity to improve their skills. The area is 3.6 ha large and offers 17 obstacles in a easy, rail and pro line. The Snowpark Lech Crew cares for a perfect shape on a daily basis. The diverse offer comrpises 3 rails, 7 boxes (e.g. a 9 m double kinked box), 1 wallride, various kickers and a kicker bench. With 10 elements, the advanced run offers the most diversity. A beautiful view over Lech is always included.

The Stanton Park at Arlberg is an insider's tip. The perfect location at two ski lifts allows for many runs without having to queue. If you are looking for a break, you'll be welcome at the Rendl terrace with bars and restaurants. The park offers a pro line, a medium kicker line and a jib line. Freestylers can look forward to obstacles such as e.g.kvarious kickers, boxes, rails and interchanging elements such as e.g. wallride, shrek and mushroom bubble.

Beginners can look forward to perfect conditions in the snowpark in the ski area Sonnenkopf. The beginners' funpark offers 5 beginner and medium park elements as well as a kicker line with jumps between 3-5 m. Especially the newcomer scene will be able to collect their first freestyle experiences.
