Location
The cosy Appartementhaus Maximilian apartment house is situated in a quiet location, approx. 1 km from the centre of Neukirchen am Großvenediger and the Wildkogelbergbahn cable car (Wildkogel Arena ski area). The ski bus stop is around 300 metres away, as are the nearest shops.Facilities
The cosy accommodation has Wi-Fi and a ski cellar with ski boot warmer. There are parking spaces, subject to availability.In the neighbouring Hotel Steiger (approx. 200 m) you can use the approx. 200 m² spa area (for opening times, see information on site). This has a Finnish sauna, brine steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp roundel and a relaxation room. Massages can be booked on request (for a fee).

Self-catering. A bread roll service is available on request (for a fee).It is also possible to book breakfast or dinner at the Hotel Steiger (order at least one week before arrival, for a fee).
