Location and facilities
The high-quality cottage, Chalet Kitzalp, is situated in a quiet location within St. Johann and offers a lovely view of the mountains. The nearest ski bus stop is located approx. 100 m away, and the ski area is approx. 5 minutes away by bus. The nearest cross-country trail can be accessed after about 300 m. The resort centre of St. Johann along with its diverse restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached after about 3 km.The cosy cottage offers a lounge, library, TV room, breakfast room, Wi-Fi (incl.), and ski room. A babysitting service can also be made use of upon request (for a fee). Free parking spaces are also available to use at the accommodation.
In resort, you will receive a 15% discount on a tandem flight and a 10% discount on the "Flying Fox" and Segway tours with our partner "Mountain High Adventure Center", prior reservation required, cannot be combined with other discounts, only available when presenting a voucher (of which will be sent with your travel documents).

The spacious apartment is comprised of three bedrooms as well as a living/sleeping area, a fully furnished kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and refrigeator, two showers/wc, hair dryer, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi (incl.), covered terrace as well as a garden with a mountain view.
