Cross-country St. Lambrecht

Approx. 30 km of trails can be found spread around the resorts St. Lambrecht, St. Blasen, Zeutschach and Mühlen, which all located quite close to each other. A unique panorama can therefore be enjoyed on a magnificent network of trails. The 2.8 km long "Stiftslopie" and the "Weierteich Loipe" (approx. 4.1 km) are located in close proximity. At the valley station of the Stiftsgarten lies the access point, from where (as the name suggests in German), you can start your round tour of the Benediktinerstift (monastery) or the pond.

Should you wanting to explore larger terrain, the "Große Kalkbergloipe" is a good choice. Across meadows and fields of the chalk farmers, or through the forests of the Dürnberg moor, you eventually reach Vockenberg, where the Gasthaus zur Linde invites you in for a break and refreshments.

Since the 2017/2018 season, you can go cross-country skiing every Tuesday and Thursday in the evening from 18:00 - 21:00 on a 2 km floodlit trail. A shooting range was installed here, so that guests can try out biathlon.
