Location and facilities
The cosy Résidence Saskia Falaise is situated at the edge of Avoriaz, on the heights of the district La Falaise. Quartier de la Falaise comprises of several buildings and offers a marvellous panorama of the Morzine Valley. The location makes it possible to step into your skis right in front of the hotel and ski away. A bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars are located very close by.The furnishings of the comfortable accommodation include a reception with Wi-Fi (for a fee), a children's play corner, as well as a ski depot. Parking spaces (for a fee) are located at the entrance of the village (prior reservation is recommended).

The welcoming studios and apartments all have a combined living/sleeping area with TV, sometimes separate bedrooms or alcoves, bath or shower/wc, Wi-Fi (limited transmission) and either a balcony or terrace. Important notes
- Avoriaz is a car-free resort. Public parking spaces and an underground parking garage are located at the resort entrance and can be paid for in resort. An online reservation is recommended for use of the underground parking garage via www.avoriazparkings.com. A transport service is available 24/7 to take you to your accommodation (possibly for a fee).
