Cross-country Falcade

It is not only fans of alpine skiing who get their money's worth in Falcade - cross-country skiing lovers will also find cross-country trails in the resort that are very well prepared and run through the beautiful surrounding natural scenery. On the famous Falcade plateau, for example, there are the trails belonging to the "Pietro Scola" cross-country skiing centre. About 10 km of slopes are prepared for the classic style of skiing, with some partly also for the skating style.

Around the Alpe-Lusia - San Pellegrino ski area there are numerous other cross-country ski runs that will make your heart beat faster. In the surrounding area there are more than 50 kilometres of cross-country trails of various levels of difficulty to explore. 20 km from Falcade is the village of Moena, where you can find several cross-country trails. Among other things, there is the possibility to go on the Marcialonga marathon route or the Ciancoalloipe, which is illuminated at later hours. The cross-country skiing centre "Alochet" in San Pellegrino is also popular among cross-country skiers and provides an impressive approx. 18 kilometres of cross-country trails, which are prepared for the classic style, and partly also for the skating style, of skiing.
