Location
The amicably-run 3-star Hotel Al Cervo is idyllically located and is around 50 m away from the centre of Lavarone. The access point to the ski area Folgaria - Lavarone can be reached after around 1.5 km.Facilities
The accommodation's facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant, TV room and ski room. Free parking spaces can be found at the accommodation and used upon availability.The spa area (15:00 - 20:00), with an indoor pool, children's pool, organic sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, Kneipp basins, spa shower and "relax zone" as well as the fitness room, can be used for free. On request, you can also enjoy use of the solarium and massages (for a fee). Additionally, you will receive a 10% discount on beauty treatments (on request, info in resort).
From 06/12/2020 - 15/03/2021, there is a mini club, hosted in Italian, for children between 3 and 12 years of age (Monday - Saturday, 20:00 - 21:30), as well as entertainment for the whole family (Monday - Saturday, 21:30 - 23:00).
Board
The half-board included in the holiday price comprises an extensive breakfast buffet and a 3-course menu of your choice with a salad or vegetable buffet in the evenings. Along with your meals, you will receive 0.25 l house wine and 0.5 l water. The Christmas meal is already included. The New Year's Even menu must be paid for in resort.Pets

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is permitted to guests ages 14 and up.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 7 years or younger. For each purchased adult lift pass, one child in this age category receives a free card for use of the lifts (ID required). If there are more children on the booking than full-paying adults, children's lift passes need to be purchased in resort. Further information at the lift office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
