Cross-country Monte Rosa

The Italian winter sports region Monterosa is well-known for its outstanding cross-country ski trails. On about 30 km of finest trails on all levels of difficulty, you can start from Brusson over open alpine pastures and through dense forests. The "Foyer de Bond" in Brusson also has changing rooms, showers and waxing rooms. A challenging valley trail through Aosta valley is considered one of the best cross-country ski trails in the world. Further, somewhat smaller Nordic skiing areas can be found in Gressoney la Trinité (3 km) and Alagna (12 km). Circuit trails on the high plateau as well as FIS-certified trails round off the varied range of cross-country ski trails in and around Monte Rosa.
