Several historic monuments are proof of over 1000 years of history, which the oldest village in the Quatre Vallées looks back on. In contrast to this history, Nendaz now offers the infrastructure of a modern winter sports destination with over 20 restaurants, around 20 cafés and bars, as well as four discos, numerous shops and cultural facilities. Before you go out on the town, we recommend a meal in one of these cosy restaurants. Spoil yourself with regional specialities, such as raclette or fondue and a good wine. To the joy of all winter sports fans, the lifts start directly on the edge of the resort and the bars are also within walking distance.
