Important notes

• Snow chains are compulsory for the route to Bergchalet Haflingerherz by car.
• No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 9 or under. Children up to and including 5 years receive a free lift pass on site. Children from 6 to 9 years receive a free Bambini lift pass on site, provided that one parent has booked an equivalent lift pass with which they can ski free of charge when accompanied by their parents (max. 1 free Bambini lift pass per parent).
• With the purchase of a 2-day Hochzeiger lift pass, you can also use the lifts of the Pitztal Glacier or Bergbahnen Rifflsee on one day with your lift pass within the validity of the lift pass (not valid for the free children's lift passes, a lift pass may have to be purchased on site, see information on site).
• If you have booked a Hochzeiger lift pass, it can be collected and used from 14:00 on the day before the first day of validity.
