Location
The 3-star Résidence Le Pracondu is built chalet-style and lies in the heart of Nendaz, directly on the piste, and only about 200 m away from the centre with its various shopping facilities and cafés. The gondola is only about 80 m away, and when snow conditions allow it, ski-in to the accommodation is possible.Facilities
The well-maintained Résidence is composed of two buildings and offers a reception, Wi-Fi, lift, ski room, and a sauna (for a fee). Free parking spaces are also available to use (one parking space per apartment), and a locally payable parking garage can also be used.Board

Important notes
- A telephone check-in with the reception before arrival is obligatory. The tourist tax, deposit and optional costs are payable there (see voucher).
- Please note that arrivals after 18:00 will be charged a fee of CHF 10 upon check-in.
- Please note that the final cleaning - if requested - has to be paid on the day of arrival, otherwise an additional fee of approx. CHF 20 will be applied. Should the apartment not be left clean on the day of departure, the fee for a final cleaning will also be applied.
