Cross-country Saanen

Directly in Saanen you have approx. 4 km of easy trails at your disposal. In the total holiday region of Gstaad - Saanenland you’ll, however, find a total network of 175 km of trail. The predominantly easy to intermediate trails lead through practically untouched surroundings. The longest trail, at 30 km in length goes from Gstaad to Gsteig at an altitude of between 1,050 and 1,250 m. The high altitude trail on Glacier 300 is a challenge for experienced cross-country skiers; here you can ski on approx. 6 km of trails on an altitude up to 2,820 m. Several flood-lit trails round off the offer, and confirm that the Gstaad region really is one of the top cross-country areas in Switzerland!
